GASL offers a variety of regulatory documentation required by various local codes. While many of our clients are governed by the Alberta regulations, we also provide documentation for clients governed by other jurisdictions such as the Canada's Environmental Protection Agency 1/PG/7 or the United States EPA guidelines 40 CFR Part 60.
GASL creates customized, easy to use QAPs based on each client's specific requirements and equipment. By providing only relevant information in understandable language, strict adherence to the document can be achieved and the risk of falling out of compliance due to misunderstood instructions can be mitigated.
A valid CEMS Quality Assurance Plan is required by the 1998 Alberta CEMS code and includes information vital to keeping your CEMS in spec.
Required by the 2006 Amendments to the Air Monitoring Directive, 1989 (AMD 2006), an AMD Quality Assurance Plan must also be developed to ensure that air monitoring data is consistent, of high quality, and defensible.
Governing Codes require that CEMS and AMD Quality Assurance Plan Auditing be completed at regular intervals which ensures that the plans are being followed and the systems are operating within the required guidelines.
A variety of certification documentation is required at the time of installation and throughout the life of a CEMS installation. GASL custom builds comprehensive monitoring plans and test programs to meet regulatory standards. Global Analyzer Systems Limited provides professional supervision of testing activities in accordance with local regulations.
GASL provides a comprehensive assortment of required air reports from Quarterly and Custom Reporting to Testing Notification and Extensive Air Audits.
